Return Process

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our inspection facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
